Booking, Refunds & Cancelation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELATION POLICY
We require a minimum of six people to operate on any given day. This minimum does not apply to Private Cats. If you have less than six in your group, we will work to fill the required seats to allow us to operate, if we are unable to meet the six-person minimum, you will have the option to rebook your trip or pay for the additional seats.
A deposit of 50% of your total reservation amount is required at the time of booking your skiing dates. Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made within 30 days of your trip require payment in full for all days reserved and are non-refundable if cancelled for any reason.
Your trip is 100% transferrable, if you have to cancel and you can find someone else to fill the space, we will allow for this as long as the replacement comes on the day of your reservation. Please do us all a favor, and make sure you review the email confirmation that our system will generate and send to you. Double check the date, number of guests, and type of cat.
REBOOKS
In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled trip due to weather, snow conditions, unstable, unsafe conditions, mechanical failure or lack of staffing, you will have one year to rebook your trip with no upcharge in the case that we have raised rates. Your credit will be good for a dollar amount and may be applied to any kind of trip we offer within 3 years. (i.e., Nonprivate, Private, Over-Night Powerhouse)
If your trip is interrupted due to deteriorating conditions, any of the aforementioned or other unforeseen events we will reschedule you for the portion of the day that you missed out on. We want you to come and experience all that we have to offer! You are of course encouraged to purchase your own trip insurance as we do not provide this service.
REFUNDS
PLEASE BE ADVISED – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF TRIP IS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SCHEDULED DATE.
If a cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to your trip, a 10% service fee will be retained from the refunded deposit. We will initiate the refund of your deposit within 30 days of your cancellation request.
Please understand our strict cancellation policy and respect our mutual commitment. We are reserving space for you and your group; thus, we are turning away potential guests who want those spots. There is no way that you can move forward with a reservation at GNPG and not have read or heard us talk about these policies. So, it should come as no shock to you, when you call us to cancel your trip, or your trip has been postponed due to conditions, that our strict cancellation policies will be upheld. Over the years, we have worked with tens of thousands of guests and we hope you understand our policies and respect the non-refundability of your deposit and final payment. If it weren’t for these policies operations such as ourselves would be unable to thrive year after year after year.
We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy, Booking Policy, and Refund Policy, with or without notice to you. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes. Your use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
